Dennis Donahue competed for the Holderness School in New Hampshire, graduating in 1962, and later skied for Middlebury College, getting a degree from there in math in 1966. He became a high school math teacher originally, but later was Director of Technology Education at Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, New Hampshire. He also coached skiing, working with the Upper Vally’s Ford Sayre program and coaching both high school and middle-aged skiers.
