Ion Ferenz was a Romanian ice hockey player who represented Știinţa București in the 1960s. Throughout the decade Ferenz made multiple appearances for the national side, including playing in eight matches at the 1964 Innsbruck Olympics. In October 2003 he was killed in a car accident in Budapest.
