Herb Flack was a Canadian speed skater who represented the Old Orchard Speed Skating Club in Toronto. Flack was selected to compete in the 1,500 metres at the 1932 Lake Placid Olympics where he was eliminated in the heats. He was also scheduled to race in the 500, 5,000, and 10,000 metres, but did not start in any of those.
