Miloslav Fleischmann played his entire club career, from 1902-25, with Slavia Praha, except for a few games in the 1910/11 season with Praha City. He started out playing bandy and switched to ice hockey. A right winger, he was the younger brother of Jan Fleischmann, and the two skated together at the 1924 Winter Olympics. Miloslav also played at the European Championships in 1911-13 and 1922-23, winning four medals, with golds in 1911 and 1922. He also represented Bohemia at the 1913 and 1914 LIHG Tournament. Miloslav Fleischmann was a physician as a profession.
