Ed Greathouse was the 1924 AAU Champion, which qualified him for the 1924 US Olympic team. In Paris, he won his first match but went out in the second round. Greathouse later had a brief professional career, fighting twice, that is known, losing both bouts, one in 1925 and one in 1930.
