Leo Randolph won four major amateur titles in 1976 – the Golden Gloves Association of America, the National AAU, the final Olympic trials, and the Olympic Games. After the Olympics he turned professional and won 17 of his 19 pro fights. He had a three-month spell as WBA world super-bantamweight champion in 1980. Randolph later worked as a bus driver in his hometown of Tacoma, Washington.
