Biography

Simon Julen was a Swiss cross-country skier and mountain guide. Julen competed in the 50 kilometres at the 1924 Chamonix Olympics. However, he did not finish the race. In 1928 Julen became the Swiss champion in the same event. In March 1951 Julen slipped and fell on an icy road and died from his injuries.
