Biography

Ludwig Kronfuß was an Austrian speed skater who participated at the 1976 Innsbruck Winter Olympics. He placed 26th over 1,500 metres and 27th over 5,000 metres. In 1975 and 1976 he won the Austrian national title in the all-around.

Kronfuß was also a former masters world cycling champion on road and track. He later became the representative for the spinning program in Austria from 2008 and represented Star Trac’s entire product portfolio in Austria.

Personal Bests: 500 – 42.3 (1973); 1000 – 1:27.20 (1973); 1500 – 2:08.9 (1972); 5000 – 7:58.7 (1972); 10000 – 17:12.1 (1976).
