Biography
Huger Pratt was a wealthy man who was American, but cavorted frequently in France and was a member of the Paris Golf Club and Cannes Golf Club. He was listed in the 1904 New York Social Register but was shown as deceased in the 1906 edition, although a later newspaper source claims he died in 1912. Pratt married the former Abbie Pankhurst-Wright, her second marriage, who also played in the 1900 Olympic golf tournament.
