Félix Legrand was a French bobsledder who competed during the 1920s. Legrand was part of the four-man crew that competed in the second French sled at the 1924 Chamonix Olympics. The team finished the first run in 4:29.01, more than three minutes behind the fastest time set by the Swiss sled. The French crew did not start the second run but then went on to start in the third and fourth runs. His brother Ernest was also part of the same team. He was later a Uruguayan consular official, residing in Toulouse.
