Biography

Joe Bosworth was a right-handed pitcher who played for the USA at the 1964 Olympic demonstration baseball tournament. He was then signed to play with the Kansas City Athletics in their minor league program. Bosworth started in the minors in 1965 and played through 1969 but never made it to the Major Leagues. He made it to Triple-A in 1969 with the Iowa Oaks of the American Association but he retired from baseball after that season.
