The USA team in the 1948 lacrosse demonstration was from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), which was coached by Ned Harkness, later a head coach in the NHL. Daymon Jordan was the co-captain of the RPI team and was chosen to play in the game. He played first home in the game against England and score one goal.
