David Hausmann

Fencer David Hausmann was a member of the German foil team that placed sixth at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. In 1999, he won two gold medals at the Youth World Championships both individually and with the team, which were his greatest moments. In 2001 he was third at the national championships as his best domestic result. Later he became a sports doctor and worked as a team doctor with the German Fencing Association, and founded his own practice at Herzogenrath.
