German trampoline gymnast Michael Serth missed the final at the 2000 Sydney Olympics by only 0.2 points and was placed ninth. In 2003, he became World Champion with the German team.
During a training session in 2014, Serth forgot a part of an element (a twist) and landed so unlucky that he needed a wheelchair ever since that accident. His friends helped him return to some sort of normality, and Serth became a moderator at sports events by profession.
