Biography
Very little is known about Belgian painter Jules Jambers. There are pictures that were signed by him in 1949, confirming that he was still alive at the time. The painting submitted is lacquered in black and gold on a wood fiber board and was presented at an exhibition of Belgian art in Montréal in 1937.
