Piero Fervelli was a painter and mosaic artist from Torino. Together with Mario Gamero he created the mosaics of the headquarters of the Fascist Union of Industrialists in Biella in Piedmont. Fervelli’s mosaic Duce in the façade above the front door was later removed and replaced by a coat of arms of the town by the same artist.
