Biography
German-born American Oscar Reichert was known as a painter, designer and architect. He studied in Frankfurt am Main, at the Offenbach Technical Institute, and the Düsseldorf Academy of Arts in Germany. He then moved to the US in 1927 and spent the remainder of his life in Pennsylvania. There is no evidence that the Sportforum has ever been realized.
