Pease Glaser sailed the 470 class at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, winning a silver medal alongside JJ Isler. Glaser and Isler were named the 2000 Rolex Yachtswomen of the Year for their Olympic accomplishment.
Glaser attempted to qualify for the 1988 Seoul Olympics, after having won silver medals at the World Championships and Goodwill Games in 470, but she and Cindy Goff did not make the team. Glaser then switched to catamarans, racing Tornados and winning three North American titles, but also missed the 1992 and 1996 Olympics.
After the Olympics Glaser switched to racing multihulls, usually alongside husband Jay Glaser, winning the 2003 A Cat at the North American Championships, and later raced Ynglings at the 2001 and 2002 World Championships.
Off the water Glaser has worked at Danger Sails and then Ullman Sails after they merged. Glaser grew up sailing in Lake Springfield, Illinois. She attended Brown University, graduating with a mechanical engineering degree in 1983, where she was on the sailing team. She has been a member of the Alamitos Bay & Newport Harbor Yacht Clubs.
