Yun Yong-Il was a South Korean tennis player who played professionally from 1996 to 2004. Yun achieved a career-best singles ranking of #140 in the world in December 2000, and a doubles ranking of #188 in the world in May 2001. He played on South Korea’s Davis Cup team from 1993 to 2002.
Yun won seven singles titles on the ITF Challengers and Futures Tours from September 1996 to April 2003. At the 1998 Asian Games he won gold in the singles and team event, and a silver in the doubles. Yun competed in the doubles at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and the 2000 Sydney Olympics, partnering with Lee Hyeong-Taek each time.
