Jo Yun-Jeong was a South Korean tennis player who played professionally from 1996 to 2008. Jo achieved a career-best singles ranking of #45 in the world in July 2003 and a doubles ranking of #98 in the world in September 2003. As a singles player she was a three-time runner-up on the WTA Tour between 2002 and 2006, but did win one doubles title with victory at the 2004 Seoul Open with Jeon Mi-Ra.
During her career Jo won three medals at the Asian Games with her first coming in 1998 with silver in the doubles with Park Seong-Hui in Bangkok. Four years later she won bronze in both the singles and team events at the 2002 Games in Busan. At the 2000 Sydney Olympics Jo paired with Park in the doubles, before she returned to the Games four years later to play in the singles in Athina.
