Ryan Bolton was an American triathlete who competed at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. He ran track and cross-country in college at the University of Wyoming and was a swimmer in high school. Bolton earned his degree in exercise physiology and after his retirement from racing in 2004 went back to school and earned a master’s degree in nutrition.
Bolton used those degrees and his background to become a coach in New Mexico with the Harambee Project, which he founded and directs. He also founded and owns Bolton Endurance Sports Training (BEST), another coaching and training endeavor.
