Romanian ice hockey player Dan Mihăilescu began his career with Constructurul Bucureşti in the early 1960s. Mihăilescu later joined Dinamo București where he won back-to-back league titles in 1971 and 1972. He was also part of the Romanian national team and played in the ice hockey tournament at the 1964 Innsbruck Olympics.
