John Morrison played hockey for Phillips Andover Academy, graduating from the prep school in 1963, and later played for Yale. Morrison was the leading scorer for Yale for three years, 1965-67, and through 2009, remains the all-time leading scorer in Yale history. In 1966 and 1967 he was named to the All-Ivy teams. He later became a banker.
