Jiro Ogawa was a Japanese ice hockey player who represented Iwakura Tomakomai in the 1960s. With the team Ogawa won the league title in 1967 and 1968, with him also making the very first Japanese league All-Star team in 1967. In 1964 he was selected to represent Japan at the Innsbruck Olympics, playing in seven matches and scoring a goal in their 6–2 win against Hungary.
