Reinhold Seeböck was an Austrian speed skater who participated in the 1964 Innsbruck Winter Olympics. He finished 37th over 5,000 metres in his only Olympic race. At Austrian national championships he won two silver medals. Seeböck trained as a heating engineer but later became a well-known freelance photographer by profession.
