Kazimierz Sokołowski played ice hockey at the 1932 and 1936 Winter Olympics. He was a left wing early in his career but moved to defense in later years. Capped 63 times for Poland, Sokołowski played at the World Championships in 1930, 1931, 1933, 1935, 1937, and 1947, captaining the team in 1947. The Worlds doubled as the European Championships in some of those years, so he earned a European Championship silver medal in 1931. Domestically Sokołowski played with Lechia Lwów LKS for much of his career, joining Wisla Kraków after World War II.
