Biography

Herold Truffer played ice hockey for EHC Visp in the Swiss League from 1957 to 1970. Truffer won the league title in 1962, in addition to finishing a runner-up on three occasions (1961, 1963, 1964). He was also part of the Swiss team that competed at the 1964 Innsbruck Olympics where he scored the opening goal in their 6–5 loss to Germany.
