Biography

Luciano Zampatti’s 34th place at the 1928 Winter Olympics was his only known international placing. At the Italian Championships in ski jumping, he was third in 1928, behind Luigi Bernasconi and Vitale Venzi, and second in 1934, defeated by Mario Bonomo. He was one of the first athletes representing the Fiamme Gialle, the Italian Guardia di Finanza.
