Biography

Tasha Nelson was a technical Alpine skier who skied slalom at the 1998 and 2002 Winter Olympics. She also competed at the 1999 World Championships. Nelson started skiing in Minnesota with the Buck Hill Ski Team, and skied on the World Cup circuit for five years. Nelson retired after the Salt Lake City Olympics in 2002, and later went into coaching, serving on the staff, as Tasha McCrank, or Erich Sailer’s Buck Hill Ski Racing Club.
