Andy LeRoy skied slalom for the United States at the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. LeRoy skied at the University of Colorado where he was the 2000 NCAA Champion in slalom and was named Colorado Athlete of the Year. He was a member of the US Ski Team and won the North American Cup Slalom title in 1999, and the 1997 British Slalom Championship.
After college LeRoy was an assistant coach at his alma mater, helping them to second and third place team finishes at the 2001 and 2002 NCAA meet. From 2003-06, he served as Alpine coach for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, where he was named the Rocky Mountain Regional Coach of the Year in 2005 and Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club Coach of the Year in 2006. In 2006 LeRoy was named head ski coach at the University of Denver, serving in that position for over 13 years. Through 2018 he led them to six NCAA team titles and one runner-up finish.
