Description
A preliminary Organising Committee, headed by Anto Sučić, was appointed on 13 July 1978. The Executive Board was appointed on 15 July 1979 and the original commitee was founded in April 1980. When committee was disbanded right after the Games and the Executive Board became the legal successor and held its last seccion on 1 May 1985.
