Race Two in this class took place five days after Race One, on 27 May. In Race Two, “Ollé” finished ahead of “Favorite” to take the line honors, but winning by only 1½ min on adjusted time. Compared to Race One, “Mignon” moved up to third place, while “Gwendoline” did not finish the second race. There were only four yachts that competed in this class, with the same entrants in both races.

Prizes for Race Two in this class were as follows: 1st – 2,000 francs; 2nd – 1,200 francs; and 3rd – 900 francs.
