Wendy Wagner was a cross-country skier who competed at the 2002 and 2006 Olympic Winter Games. She competed at the World Championships in 1999, 2001, 2003, and 2005. She skied on the World Cup circuit from 1999-2006 and was best in the sprint events. After retiring from competition Wagner became an avalanche forecaster for the United States Forest Service.
