Lyndsay Wall played defense for the Churchwood-Chili High School in Rochester, New York and then played at the University of Minnesota. In high school, Wall also played catcher on the softball team. She was known as a very offensive-minded defenseman. Wall played for the US in the 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics, 2002 and 2004 Four Nations Cup, and the 2005 World Championships. In 2002 she was the youngest member of the US team at only 16-years-old.
