William Tuttle was a member of the Chicago AA and swam on their relay team at the 1904 Olympics, winning a silver medal. He also water polo for the Chicago AA in 1904, also winning silver. Tuttle was actually entered in two events at the 1900 Olympics in Paris, but did not start either event, and it is unlikely he was actually in Paris.
