Biography

Joe Polo began to curl with the Bemidji Curling Club in their Sunday Night Junior League. In 2003 he was an alternate on the team that won a bronze at the World Junior B Championships. At the 2005 World Championships, Polo was a second on Pete Fenson’s rink and was voted the top second of the meet. Polo attended the University of North Dakota at Grand Forks, where he starred on the Ultimate Frisbee team
