Peter Ebinger’s international success in dressage began with his participation in the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles. He competed the World Equestrian Games 1990 and at the European championships in 1991, 1993, and 1995. Ebinger was Austrian champion in dressage in 1993 and 1995. His career ended in 2009 due to cancer, from which he died in 2015. Ebinger headed a dressage stable in Lower Austria (Niederösterreich), where Russian dressage rider and two-time Olympian Yelena Sidneva stabled her horses.
