André Moes was a cyclist from Luxembourg who finished third overall in the 1952 edition of the Flèche du Sud stage race. This performance earned Moes a place on the Olympic team for the Helsinki Games, where he finished 11th in the individual road race. One year later he had more success at the Flèche du Sud, winning the third stage of the race, in addition to finishing third in the amateur road race at the national championships.
