Biography
Arthur Fox won a silver medal in the 1904 team foil event, but in his two individual events, foil and sabre, he failed to win a bout. Fox was from Chicago in 1904 although he was born in Britain. Fox won the junior foil event held in St. Louis in 1904, considered a non-Olympic, or demonstration, event.
