Otto Wofek played both singles and doubles at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics, alongside František Týř in the doubles. Playing Britain’s Alfred Beamish Woffek lost in straight sets in the first round singles. Woffek lost in the semi-finals of the 1927 Hainz Memorial, a tournament held in honor of Bohemian Olympic tennis player Jaroslav Hainz, who was killed in World War I.
