Chen Chih-Jung was a Taiwanese professional tennis player who primarily played in doubles events. Chen also represented Taiwan in the Davis Cup. Chen and Wang Shi-Ting won the gold medal in the mixed doubles at the 1995 Summer Universiade in Fukuoka, Japan. The following year he teamed with Lien Yu-Hui in the doubles tournament at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics with the pair losing in the first round. At the 1998 Asian Games Chen and Lin Bing-Chao won the bronze medal in the doubles.
