Harold Kauffman played only doubles at the 1904 Olympics, making the quarter-finals with Hugh McKittrick Jones. Kauffman graduated from Yale and then worked for the Kauffman Milling Co, the family business, until 1901. He then left that company and joined the firm of G. H. Walker, working in stocks and bonds.
