Oleg Ogorodov

Oleg Ogorodov was a Uzbekistani tennis player who played professionally from 1995 to 2005. Ogorodov achieved a career-best singles ranking of #101 in the world in May 1996, and a doubles ranking of #102 in the world in July 1997. He played on Uzbekistan’s Davis Cup team from 1994 to 2003.

Ogorodov competed in the singles at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics where he lost to MaliVai Washington in the second round. He was also scheduled to play in the doubles with Dmitry Tomashevich but the pair did not start the event. Ogorodov won his one and only ATP doubles title in September 1999 in Tashkent with his Swiss partner Marc Rosset. Ogorodov won four bronze medals at the Asian Games, one at the 1998 Games, and three more at the 2002 Games.
