Mark Schmocker was a Swiss handball player who had dual citizenship because his mother was an American. He was a goalkeeper who played for various club sides in Switzerland. Schmocker attended the University of Saint Gall, and then joined the USA National Team in 1994.
Schmocker studied accounting and finance in college and later worked in that field, serving as head of services at Bank EKI in Switzerland. He also helped coach handball with the HG Bödeli club.
