Voldemar Dundur was a Soviet rower and coach. Dundur was part of the coxed eights that became the Soviet champions in 1960. This title, along with other performances, secured him a place in the eights for the 1960 Roma Olympics. The Soviet team finished in fourth place in their heat, however, and second in their repêchage, therefore not making the final. After the Olympics Dundar switched from the eights to the coxless pair, competing at the USSR Championships.
In 1959 Dundar graduated from the Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health in St. Petersburg and became a successful coach. He coached multiple rowers including Olympic bronze medallist Viktor Suslin. Dundar was later awarded the title of Honored Coach of the RSFSR.
