Edward Marshall rowed the coxed four at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics, sitting in the bow. Marshall represented the Penn Athletic Club. He rowed for the club eight that won the 1931 Schuylkill Navy Regatta, defeating the famed Big Eight from the same club that had dominated US eight rowing for the past few years.
