Harold Wilson only started rowing in 1922 when he joined the Penn Barge Club. At the 1924 Olympics he partnered Leon Butler and was coxed by Ed Jennings, the coxed pair winning a bronze medal. Wilson was born near Philadelphia and died on the Jersey Shore at age 78.
