Biography
Richard Smith competed in skeet shooting for the United States at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. Smith finished 26th. He was a pilot for Alaska Airlines in 1988, and had used up his vacation time before the Olympics, but his fellow pilots donated some of their time so he could compete in Seoul.
