Although Jeanne Collier was the leading U.S. springboard diver at the Tokyo Olympics, finishing in second place behind the defending champion, Ingrid Krämer-Engel of East Germany Collier was a student at Xavier High School in Phoenix and also represented the Dick Smith Swim Gym. She was AAU Champion on the springboard in 1963. She later married 1964 men’s springboard gold medalist Ken Sitzberger.
