Rob Cragg was a springboard diver who competed at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1975. He made All-American in both his junior and senior seasons. After competing at the 1976 Olympics Cragg continued diving through 1980 but retired that year. His best national finish came in 1975 when he was third on the one-metre springboard at the US Nationals. Cragg later coached diving at Penn from 1987-91, and then returned in 2007 to coach the men’s and women’s diving teams there.
